PHASE 2 - HikaNation Artifacts Display - 2022
The HikaNation Exhibit project is progressing and the monumental task is being coordinated by Paula Guerrein-Klice. Phase 1 was completed with the installation of the HikaNation Exhibit Panel above.

Phase 2 will eventually result in a HikaNation Artifacts Display next to the HikaNation Exhibit Panel. Artifacts have been obtained from various members of HikaNation and forwarded to the Museum staff. A list of the items received so far are accessible at the webpage below:
PHASE 2 - HikaNation Artifacts Display - 2022

2019 - New Exhibits at the Appalachian Trail Museum
A celebration marking the opening of these exhibits
is planned for Sunday, May 5, 2019.
From Paula Guerrein-Klice -- HikaNation Exhibit update -- April 2019

Spring is in the air and the A.T. is calling! A special weekend is planned for the Appalachian Trail Museum May 4-5, 2019, and it starts with the annual A.T. Hall of Fame dinner on Saturday night, 6 p.m. (sponsored by Giant/Martin's), at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle, PA. Sunday is the grand opening of five museum exhibits and includes a panel on HikaNation and the AHS/ADT connection.

If you haven't been to the museum in a while, or hiked a bit of the A.T. recently, then this would be a good time to do it. Along with Cindy Burke, Paula Guerrein-Klice, Terry and Marsha Ernst, AHS founding board members Jim Kern, William Kemsley, Jr., and Paul Pritchard are attending the dinner and festivities along with the Appalachian Trail Museum 2019 Hall of Fame honorees. We're hoping Reese Lukei, Jr., gets in this year.

Contact Paula Guerrein-Klice for more information concerning all aspects of the exhibit.
