Uploaders for the Scrapbook
Here are a variety of uploaders that you can use to transfer images to your webtv PageBuilder scrapbook area. The first one processes webpages' urls and rips out all the images on the webpage---then you choose which ones you want to add to your scrapbook area. Webscissors (Webpage Image Extractor transfering images to Webtv Scrapbook)---type in the url of the webpage that has the images you want to transfer into your scrapbook or press "Show Last Visited URL": http://www.WebScissors.com The ones below deal with individual images' urls--instructions for their use are at each site: Mimes.com---view an image, press "go to", and type in mimes/s and when you arrive at www.mimes.com/s , the image's url that you want to upload to the scrapbook will be displayed in a text field---click onto the "upload to scrapbook" button to begin the process: http://www.mimes.com/s Webtv Scrapbook Transloader and Webfx/PhotoPoint help http://members.tripod.com/~WebBabe2/upload.html KodeKracker's Scrapbook Transloader for Webtv's pagebuilder http://wtvhelp.hypermart.net/ftp-intro.html More information on uploading: http://www.geocities.com/ResearchTriangle/Node/9820/toscrapbook.html After you have added the image to your scrapbook area, in order to use it for a background at your site, you need to obtain its url --- here are webpages that show you how to do that: http://community-1.webtv.net/Pwilliamandx/whatthe/index.html and http://www.geocities.com/willxwill/webtvurls.html After you have obtained the url for the image, you can use an "advanced editor" method to use the image as a background.
