William: I have no idea where all this stuff came from. Mystery solved by Terry Ernst, February 2021: That was at Gaston's Trout Resort on the White River in Arkansas. That looks like a Mom Ernst cake creation. I remember delivering some of those goodies by Jeep in the rain. That was a few weeks before I joined the hike as a hiker - apparently I was ahead of my time as a Trail Angel !
